Sinan at Old City Painting did the full basement renovation in our home. Unfinished basement was converted to a two bedroom rental unit with new kitchen, new washroom, fire separations etc. The quality of the workmanship was top notch, and yet his fees were substantially lower than other offers. I highly recommend his company for any renovations, drywall, painting, flooring work you may need.
