HVAC Titan

Key points: arrived on time, super nice, installed the thermostat absolutely perfectly (which sounds like an obvious thing, but we've seen it done wrong in the past) and was just generally awesome in every way.

We had HVAC Titan install a tankless water heater in July 2020. Scheduling the work was fast and easy (able to come do the job fast instead of months long wait). Work started promptly in the morning and job was done ahead of schedule with very minimal disruption (only had to have the water off for a short time). It works great and we are loving the on demand hot water for our five person family. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future for other HVAC needs!

Working with Stephane is so easy. He’s down to earth and clearly explains things to the client. Very good experience and won’t hesitate to work with him again.

Submitted a request to HomeStars Friday evening. Heard back from Stephane within 30 minutes.
He said he could be there the next morning, and sure enough, he was very punctual.
He was very professional and courteous. We were made aware of what the problem was and what he'd need to do to correct it. After about 2 hours, we had a cool house again.
There was a non-essential part that he had to order, and returned a few weeks later to install that.
Have had no problems with our A/C since (thank goodness with these terribly hot days). Note, the cost includes the 2nd visit as well as the price of the part.
I would highly recommend Stephane for any A/C problems.

Both times I reached out he replied within an hour. Started in the a.m. and was done by early afternoon. The quote is a perfect match to the actual price, no surprises. Very pretty install. When he leaves he continues to guarantee the quality of the product, install and any upkeep down the road. If you need on uninstall, new unit or servicing, I can't seeing it being any better than with this guy!

I needed to replace my old furnace. I am happy with HVAC Titan and Stephane. I wanted a good furnace installed professionally and Stephane did an amazing job at my home. He is an expert in furnaces and has very good knowledge of the product. He was very caring while he did the installation. He replace all old pipes and hoses, replaced new at a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend him.
