Terranova Pools

I waited a year to create this post in hopes that Terranova would make good on their commitment. Unfortunately that is not the case. We got our pool installed in September 2022. Because of the timing we basically opened and closed it all at once. Fast forward to spring 2023 and our pool opening. We were thrilled to have our pool and were looking forward to enjoying it. Upon opening it we noticed a gray staining all around the top of the fibreglass as well as chipping where the top of the pool met the coping stone. After speaking to the office we were told that they would come out to do the repair, that this was a normal result of installation but that they would fix it. Communication started in May and in July we were given assurance that a crew would be out3 separate emails, same empty promisesthen they stopped answering. I also tried to contact Robert about this matter and an ongoing issue we were having with our heater. He was helpful in the beginning and then he just stopped answering. I actually believe he blocked my number. After several attempts to contact him we were forced to have someone else out to help with the heater and thankfully got it rectified. But our pool still looks like its 25 years old and I refuse to pay another company to fix their error.
Do better Terranova, you are providing a luxury item and you should see the process through!!

Jonathan and his team we're amazing. He did an in house consultation, we chose the liner, and it was delivered and installed as promised. Looks amazing!

Great service. Changed our pool from chlorine to salt. Also added a system to control pool from your phone. Jonathan took time to explain how system works. Very knowledgeable.

I enjoyed working with Rob and Jon with our home pool installation. There were a few hiccups along the way, but the Terranova team did an excellent job dealing with them. They started our pool install in February '23 and we were swimming by end of June '23. Considering going through the winter (snow) and spring (rain) weather, I am pretty happy with the timeline of installation. I changed some things around during the install, added requests and took stuff away from the original layout and they were happy to accomodate. The cost includes pavers installation

Terranova did an outstanding job in transforming our backyard for our family. Rob came up with an amazing design to fit our backyard and needs. Jon and the entire Terranova team executed the design effectively. The entire Terranova team on site was always kind, respectful and willing to address any questions and or concerns quickly and efficiently. Also, both Rob and Jon were very accommodating to our concerns and requests. Melanie was absolutely a dream to correspond with daily in regards to our project. We are very happy we chose Terranova to fulfill our pool dreams. A positive experience.

Terranova group delivered a beautiful backyard oasis in the city. The worksite was kept clean and the workers were friendly and responsive. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. Rob and his team were a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them for your pool project!

John from Terranova pools was amazing from start to finish with the pool liner replacement, leak detection and repairs. Our pool is looking fantastic and and running perfectly once again. Seriously don't look anywhere else when it comes to your pool, trust me I've tried others. This has definitely the most seamless experience I've ever had with a pool company in 30 years.

Melanie from Terranova was a huge help in getting my pool lights replaced under warrantee. The manufacturer provided me a list of pool contractors that I needed to consult with to have them deemed faulty and none of them were interested in helping me except for Terranova.
I will use them for all my pool needs moving forward!

Rob and John and Melanie are rock stars. This was our covid purchase and even though the City of Toronto permit process was painful we got through it together. They advised, communicated and soothed concerns, we trusted them and they delivered. Their teams and contractors are professional, thoughtful and experienced. Nothing shook them and they took to time to explain everything during the whole process . We love our new pool and the summer of 2023 is cooperating.
