I waited a year to create this post in hopes that Terranova would make good on their commitment. Unfortunately that is not the case. We got our pool installed in September 2022. Because of the timing we basically opened and closed it all at once. Fast forward to spring 2023 and our pool opening. We were thrilled to have our pool and were looking forward to enjoying it. Upon opening it we noticed a gray staining all around the top of the fibreglass as well as chipping where the top of the pool met the coping stone. After speaking to the office we were told that they would come out to do the repair, that this was a normal result of installation but that they would fix it. Communication started in May and in July we were given assurance that a crew would be out3 separate emails, same empty promisesthen they stopped answering. I also tried to contact Robert about this matter and an ongoing issue we were having with our heater. He was helpful in the beginning and then he just stopped answering. I actually believe he blocked my number. After several attempts to contact him we were forced to have someone else out to help with the heater and thankfully got it rectified. But our pool still looks like its 25 years old and I refuse to pay another company to fix their error.
Do better Terranova, you are providing a luxury item and you should see the process through!!
