Jeff was so good to work with. He answered all my questions and made sure that he was respectful of our space as we still needed to use it. He made a full rough on for standing shower toilet and sink. Came back when the other contractors were done to complete the job and installed all our items.

I found NEC Mechanical LTD on HomeStars. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to contact them to fix a few leaky taps/faucets that were very quickly becoming a bigger issue. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with right from the start! He was quick to respond to my initial call, listened to my concerns and asked me to send a couple of pictures (via text) so that he could quote, what ended up being an extremely fair price for the work I needed done. Jeff was able to fit me in the next day. He arrived wearing a mask and gloves (due to COVID-19 concerns) and very quickly got to work. Jeff worked quickly, offered suggestions, answered my questions, and even quoted additional jobs I anticipate for the future. The shower faucet had an extremely old cartridge which Jeff promised he would look into finding since I didn’t want to change the whole tap at this point. He sent a text an hour after leaving saying he was able to locate the cartridge and would be back to replace it once it came in. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service provided by Jeff. He is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with! I will definitely contact Jeff for future work and will happily refer friends and family to NEC Mechanical LTD. Thanks Jeff!

Price for the project we believe was excellent and we did not need to negotiate as we were satisfied with the quote we received initially. Project was to replace shower control, install hand held shower device and replace sink cartridge..

Plumber was thorough in his understanding of what had to be done and offered a cost effective alternative to our leaking shower control. He replaced it with a very efficient and well designed shower control and installed a hand held shower at the same time. Also helped replace the cartridge in the tap for our bathroom sink. Was respectful of our home when he arrived and cleaned up the area on completion of the project. I highly recommend his serve and would not hesitate to call him for any other plumbing issue.
