The work that Tony, Sia and his men put into this renovation was impeccable. Their team always gets the job done in a timely manner, and they are always a pleasure to work with. This renovation was not a simple task, and I would not have trusted anyone else to do it. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

When it came to choosing a contractor for our own office we chose Sia and his team.

This was the final phase of a 3-phase project over 8 years to save and renovate a 1950's mid-century modern home in West Vancouver. We had very detailed architectural designs that required high precision and quality of work. It was essential to us that the work seamlessly matched details from our previous 2 phases, each of which were done by different contractors. Though all 3 contractors came through recommendations from our architect, and all were good, Impresa Construction was the BEST. They were honest, professional, respectful and really cared about the quality of their work. Most of all - they cared about us. Their unofficial motto was "no problem, don't worry, we will take care of it" - and they did! Renovations can be difficult on families, especially when you live in them while the work is being done (which we did with 2 young children!), but they went out of their way to minimize disruption. They would be our first choice for any future projects. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We have more than two jobs:
One was my house which I had purchased and needed a major structural work due to moisture penetration and change of building lay out to a more modern and open space plan.
The second project was my office which complete interior walls, floors and dropped ceilings needed to be constructed.
