Shower Leak

I had a leak in my top floor shower that went to the ceiling of the main floor bathroom. Camilo and Brenden were able to take care of everything. They were both very patient, friendly and professional. Camilo diagnosed the issue and fixed the leak while putting the drywall back behind the shower and the ceiling. Brenden finished by doing the sanding, plastering and painting.

When Brenden did the painting, he wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the result. He took extra care and time to make sure that at the end we would be happy. Having someone being this considerate makes me feel very comfortable to trust that they will do a good job. I was also happy that there really wasn't any mess to clean up as both gentlemen left the areas they worked in very clean. They also respected the covid world we are in and wore masks and booties on their shoes.

One last person to call out is the receptionist who answers the phone. She was friendly and helpful whenever I had a question about scheduling or payment. This is my first time dealing with this company and it has been a great experience.

Kitchen faucet install and Drain-line replacement

We needed our kitchen faucet replaced in a hurry and Plumbing and Heating Heros were able to book us in quickly. Camilo, a licensed plumber, came today and not only replaced our faucet but also needed to re-do our drain line as it was out-dated and leaking. Camilo was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this company and Camilo. In fact, we have more plumbing repairs and definitely want Camilo to do the work.

Designer Faucet Install

Camillo was incredible. Timely, responsive, efficient, took time to explain all things. I would highly recommend him. Also very honourable and very loyal to his employer. My only con would be the price - it took less than and hour so I felt as though the labour cost was very high. I supplied the parts except for the silicone to seal the tap upon completion. I would recommend them and use them again. Camillo did explain the likely cost but was not expecting to be so quick. Happy holidays and thanks for getting this done Camillo!

New shower install

We would like to thank Camilo and his men for the fantastic job they did on my tub/shower repair. I have called Plumbing Heroes in the past and as usual Camilo came right away. I had a leak in my main bathroom that was leaking into my laundry room on the first floor. It took Camilo 10 minutes to find the problem. Water was leaking in the back of my tiles due to missing grout and my tiles were lose. The tiles had to be removed and new ones installed along with all new plumbing fixtures. The house is 36 years old and I did not want to replace the tub, sink or toilet. He told me that he could replace the tiles and new waterproof dry wall without damaging my tub. Camilo and his men were very professional, very neat and tidy. They did a fantastic job and my bathroom looks lovely. I have recommended Plumbing Heroes to people already and they are so happy with the work Camilo has done for them. Thank you Camilo and your crew for a fantastic job! Sandy Jones

Bathroom shower

Our second floor bathroom shower burst resulting in a flood down to the first floor. We shut off the water and desperately searched for a plumber. This was on a Sunday - Father's Day - so I wasn't holding out much hope, however, upon reading the reviews I called Plumbing Heroes and spoke to Camilo. He came within a couple of hours and repaired the problem quickly. His work was top notch, efficient and he cleaned up all areas upon completion.
In addition, I showed him another area of concern with the outside hose lines which he found had previously frozen and expanded inside the wall. I hoped to book him for this in the future but he took care of it right then and there.
Excellent service and response time. Camilo is very engaging and informative.
