New Home Plumbing Inspection

Camilo has gone above and beyond in every aspect and in every area of our home. With the current market, we had to forego any home inspection and, of course, there were issues. Camilo was recommended to us by a friend and was able to come by at a moments notice. He explains everything clearly so we know exactly what are options are and makes both problem-solving and preventative recommendations. When he's here, I'll talk to him about any minor concerns that I've noticed and he takes the time to inspect every aspect of our home with time and care. His work and expertise is trustworthy and we're happy to have someone we can rely on and trust to help us look after our home. 10/10 would recommend!

Plumbing Heroes came highly recommended and now I know why. Everything you would want and expect from a company. Technician was polite, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable about all aspects of his trade. Took pride in his work and cleaned up when done. Did the job I had called about and another little project that had been annoying me for quite awhile. Totally would recommend this company.

Leaky Bathtub

I called Plumbing Heroes with a few plumbing problems... leaky tub, clogged drain, cold water and I received a response back to me within a couple of hours from Krysta. She setup an appointment with Cam to come by to give me an estimate. I was very impressed with their customer service and plumbing knowledge. I would recommend them to family and friends for their plumbing needs.

Our dripping pipe became a matter of urgent emergency, Camilo from Plumming Heroes was our technician. Camilo was very professional , he followed covid protocals and treated our home with total respect. The plumming issues were resolved and we are satisfied with the service .We also found the cost to be satisfactory.
We highly recomend Plumming Heroes.

Amazing service, totally lives up to the Plumbing Heroes name.

Camilo was punctual, polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We called him needing water hookup to a new sink, taps, dishwasher and fridge and he accommodated us by providing a quote immediately and the work done the next day. He gave us great advice, installed high quality parts, and was super neat and organized. Camilo consulted with us through each step to make sure we were happy with the progress. Amazing service and a very reasonable price, the lowest of the quotes we received. I will be calling Plumbing Heroes when we do our upcoming bathroom reno. I highly recommend Camilo. If you need plumbing done, he should be your guy.

Plumbing fix for a plumbing error

Hired another plumber to address the knocking sound from our pipes. 1st plumber changed a seized valve in the powder room but the change resulted in a overnight leak. Needless to say, $1500 later I am not too happy. Found plumbing heroes and dealt with Camilo who was able to identify where the previous plumber made an error and fixed it. In addition, he addressed the water pressure which was at 90PSI, after reading up on this we were way above the norm. Camilo installed a regulator and provided a long term fix as well as an explanation on what it does. Friendly guy and easy to work with. Definitely recommend.

Emergency leak repair

We called Plumbing Heros when our dishwasher was leaking at the water source. They responded immediately and determined that it was the unit. However the leak had been occurring minimally for some time and mold had grown. Spray was used to kill it and fans were brought to dry the under cupboard space. We ordered a new dishwasher and had Plumbing Heros install it which required new holes for the pipes. Camillo worked until we were satisfied through the entire process. we have already recommended them to others.
