Unplugged Drains and Services

Hired Dan and his team for our new house renovation. Initially everything was ok work was going little slow but under control and then in the middle . He just bailed on us not replying to phone calls or Text messages. Worst customer service ever even we have paid every money he asked. Here are some examples of his pathetic service:

(1) Keep on giving false promises not showing regularly .
(2) Keep on giving wrong information about the supplies shipment .

I will not recommend his services to anyone .
His business might have closed well it should be .

Dan and team - professional, hard working, knowledgeable and finished on time. This included opening 2 load bearing walls and putting in support headers, new panel and wiring, insulation, drywall, porcelain tile, vinyl planks, gas fireplace installation and finishing/painting. Did an awesome job, went above and beyond. Highly recommend. These pictures do not do it justice. We love it!

Will not recommend Unplugged Drains & Services as they will not respond to any text,
phone calls or emails with any issues you may have after they received the money you are no longer a concern . Customer service is no longer in their vocabulary. Their moto should be WE Are Not Happy till you are Not Happy.

Dan and associates built a complete shower stall where there was a towel closet, replaced 2 toilets, installed a vanity; also he had replaced another shower stall in our basement for a reasonable price.
Dan has done great job for us before, he is a professional and can do a lot more then plumbing, all very well. No wonder he is so busy, I highly recommend him.

Dan responded to my need to have someone come unplug a kitchen drain very quickly. We made an appointment for the following morning.
2 minutes before the appointment time, he indicated on the Homestars website that he did not win the job. I called to ask whether he was coming or not, and was told he "couldn't find his tools." He called me back and eventually came, in total about an hour late.
I have since continued to have problems with this drain, and I reached out to ask for his help. He responded to my call via text, confused as to who I was. He did not respond to my two further texts asking for him to come back. Really friendly guy and fine service when he shows up, but getting his attention and reliable service seem to be lacking. I would not recommend this contractor to my friends.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the installation of our two bathroom fans. Dan did an amazing job, was on time, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Great service!

I had a "smell" issue with the main floor drain in my basement and had a well known company out to fix what I thought was a clog issue. Turns out that the reason my house smelled like pee everytime it rained alot was that the floor drain pipe had crumbled away underneath the concrete of the basement floor. To replace it with a new PVC pipe and connect that to the sweeping tile so the sewer wouldn't leak out under there anymore was going to cost more than 10x what I had planned to spend fixing the clog I thought was the issue.
I contacted a few other companies for estimates and Daniel responded to my request for a quote right away, continuing to be prompt with answers to my questions until the job was completed. His price was much less (35% less!) than the first company and he had good reviews here so I hired him.
Daniel and his crew came the next Monday at 8 am and were all done by noon. I was impressed by how polite, professional, and respectful they were. All my questions were answered and the inconvenience to my day was minimal. The job was done neatly and on time for the price quoted so I am happy to recommend them without reservation.

Home inspector tested the kitchen's exhaust fan and concluded it is not working and recommended it be replaced. Dan came in inspected the unit and found a cardboard behind the netted opening. He removed it and it started working. Saved me tons of money. Paid him his gas cost.

We would highly recommend Unplugged Drains and Services. Dan and his team were very professional through the whole project. Our bathroom on the main floor was completely gutted and remodelled to exactly what we wanted. We are completely satisfied and very happy with their workmanship. Dan and his team installed tiles on the floor and on the wall and done to perfection. It looks amazing. The team was very precise in everything they did, from the painting of the walls and trim to the toilet; to making the vanity fit just right and to the the best placement of the bathtub. Dan even gave us suggestions on how to enhance the bathroom, through his experience and pictures of his previous jobs.... suggesting colour of grout, faucets, bathtub size and toilet suggestion. We appreciated his suggestions as it enhanced the finished product. we would highly recommend Unplugged Drains and Services.
