Great service, and quick response! Fixed my 10 year old GE Profile side by side fridge. Even came out in the evening after my toddler went to bed.

Several other repair quotes kept telling me my fridge was too old and there weren't any parts available, not even wanting to come out to look at it.

Never seen a fridge with two sperate evaperators, one for freezer and one for fridge. Fridge side was freezing up solid every two weeks. They even had the parts needed and fixed it that night. Didnt even need a return call, been working great ever since.

Excellent customer service! I called on a Sunday evening expecting to receive a call the next day. Got a call 10 minutes after I called. Dimitry, super friendly, and smart. Came out at the appointed time. Price was excellent too. Thought I’d have trouble being so close to holidays but none at all! Highly recommend. Even made the trip to Brantford. Thank you!

Dimitry was very knowledgeable and honest he came with all the covid 19 protocols he made a quick assessment and try to repair the fridge unfortunately the compressor broke down and the repair would be too expensive so we had to buy a new one, however his service was very good. I recommend Dimitry.

Thanks to Anna and Dimitry. From the time I called to the time work don, every thing been handled in a professional manner and smooth. the dryer was repaired without the need for parts. Sure will call them when we are in need to the service, 100% recommend.

Explained exactly what needed to be fixed with our dryer and provided a reasonable quote. We would highly recommend, and, use this company again. They were safe (followed safety precautions) and cleaned up after dryer fixed. I also appreciated the text messages reminding us of our service appt and up to date time-line.

Had their technician, Dmitry, come in and do a great job at de-squeaking our Whirlpool Duet dryer. Very professional, very courteous, and gave it a thorough cleaning while he was in there. Would definitely recommend them!

My dishwasher stopped cleaning effectively in the spring. I was looking to see if it could be fixed or if it was time to get a new dishwasher. The service was friendly, fast and professional. Dmitry checked to make sure everything was working as it should (it was) and cleaned it all out.

Would highly recommend Pegasus Appliance Repair. We were having problems with our GE stackable dryer and put in a request on Homestars. Pegasus was the first to respond, and after reading reviews and doing some research, I selected them to set up an appointment. Within 24 hours we had a technician (Dan) come to the house (with mask & gloves) & access the issue. Dan advised us of the potential problem, cost and fixed it within an hour. Posted a request on Home Stars, and their team responded in a thoughtful way within hours. They had a same-day appointment and their technician came by, talked me through what he was going to do and the costs in a clear and transparent way, and made the fix!

Turns out they're a local family business. Next time we need any appliance repair or new appliances installed, they'll be my first call.
