Pegasus Appliance Repair

Communication was excellent. The service person arrived as scheduled, identified the issue, ordered the part, and returned to complete the repair as soon as the part was in. Would recommend Pegasus.

Microwave stopped working and the ice maker was constantly frosted over. Anna at Pegasus was quickly able to find a time that worked for us and Dimitry arrived at the scheduled time. New parts were required and Dimitry was able to provide accurate quotes for the new parts and labour. On the agreed date, Dimitry was back to quickly complete the repairs.
Have had no issues with either appliance since. It was a pleasure working with Dimitry and Anna and would gladly work with them again.

Amana Refrigerator 15 yo- Freezer freezing, fridge area not cold.
Response was almost immediate to the request. 24 hour turnaround time, completed the work that next evening. Dimitry was respectful, knowledgeable, social distancing aware. Corrected the issue with the evap fan, and made suggestions for future potential corrections. Communications post-work was almost immediate (had some questions) .Highly recommend!

Prompt response from company when I went through home stars. Easily came up with a time for the repairman to come to the house. Work was done quickly and efficiently .

Our washing machine was leaking and after I replaced the supply hoses the leaking continued. I contacted Homestars and requested that Pegasus come take a look. The hot water feed valve was found to be the main culprit along with plugged drain holes in the door seal. Both issues were dealt with in an efficient manner. It's hard to know if the pricing was reasonable or not but I am happy with the work.

My dryer was making a terrible noise. The repair man came on time and masked with booties to not dirty my floors. Found the problem, fixed it and did a maintenance check, and vacuumed misc. lint. Excellent service. will reccommend

Refrigerator was not keeping food cold. Received service same day I called when another company was going to come three days later until I called to cancel the appointment.. service was very good and pinpointed the problem quickly.

Wanted somebody to check out an old dryer that came with the house I recently purchased. Make sure it’s safe, clothes weren’t getting caught, etc. Technician was friendly and helpful.

Pegasus worked to repair a broken dishwasher in a tenants house including ordering and installing the part. They worked fast, were communicative and made the tenants lives easier. No issues since - will use them again.
