I called Steve to re-fit the gas line to the new location of our Gas meter, which was relocated by Enbridge the same day. Steve completed his work in a very professional manner and was on time. He checked the pipes to make sure they weren't leaking and didn't leave our property until he was certain that everything was in its appropriate position and that all of our appliances were operating as they should. I advise making use of his expertise.

Outside AC did not turn on. Steve from Pipe Dreams responded to my HomeStars service call request. Steve fixed the issue and offered good advice on how to improve my AC's efficiency.

Pipe Dreams was the first to respond to my post. When they realized I had already excavated the gas line they basically reassured me that moving it myself was not an issue and provided suggestions to insure all is well prior to re-burying the line.
I was leary doing this myself, but they were very willing to offer up advice, I was very impressed.
The relocation was an easy task for me to do myself. The last part of the job was to reconnect the gas line. So happy I was with the free advice that PipeDreams will now be my goto and I asked hem to come out and do the connection for me.

What is worse than a burning smell from your furnace on a cold Friday night? Steve was there within a couple hours to diagnose a broken gas valve. Back on Monday as soon as he obtained the part to get my furnace back up and running again. (Suppliers we’re already closed when he got here on Friday). What I truly appreciate about him is his response time and communication. Responding to texts immediately, and thoroughly explaining what the problem is and how it will be fixed. Steve runs a very good business, and sincerely wants to keep you comfortable in your home. I recommend him highly. He’s also respectful and kind and loves animals and that says a lot about a person.

Steve is very skillful, effective, and friendly. Together with John, they are a 5-star team! The work was excellently done. Highly recommend.

These guys were the best. Totally great work through out and a pleasure to comunicate with. Also there pricing was much more reasonable then the others we had quote.

With the compleate Reno of our house built in the 1880's nothing is straight forward and of all the trades people that worked to get us to the finish line these guys stand out as the best.
