Had to replace a faulty Moen kitchen faucet. Shut off main water valve, but could not disconnect the faulty faucet and would not be able to connect the new one because the sizes of the fittings (old and new) were different. Elan Mechanical responded to a call for assistance on short notice, installed cold and hot water valves on the supply lines to the kitchen sink so the rest of the house would not have to be without water by shutting off the main valve. Very thankful to Elan Mechanical for the prompt service.

Our air conditioner broke down and we had water running through furnace and all over the floor. We had called our regular serviceman - which we have used for over 20 years, to come fix. He "claimed" he fixed the problem- charged a RIDICULOUS PRICE for repair- according to 2 different plumbers, and left. Two days later, SAME THING happening and our regular serviceman won't return calls,texts,emails!! So we called Adam, he was there exactly at said time fixed the problem- or "COMPLETED" the repair of what had been done by our regular serviceman! Adam is efficient, respectful, and knows what he is doing- He has our business without question!!

Replaced two toilets in a quick and efficient manner. Highly courtesy and professional- first rate.

My drain in my bath needed replaced and my hose bib. They came right away and fixed it.

hot water tank was picked up in store and installed on the scheduled day and old tank was disposed of.

Joseph contacted me before the appointment to see if I was still available. He did a great job in the cramped area. Wouldn’t have even noticed that he changed the tank. Most contractors leave garbage behind Joseph didn’t.
