What a great experience! I called Elementary in order to solve a recurring squirrel issue. He managed to move the critters for us as well as making sure they weren't stuck inside. He went above and beyond and repaired our roof so that they couldn't get back in. Never been happier with a service call, and more than a year later we still have no resident squirrels. Very professional, very responsive and available on calls. He uses Aprehend which is known to be highly effective. I had bites nightly for a week a couple of months ago, and soon after the treatment, I stopped getting the bites and haven't had any more since. Payment was straightforward as well, it was a link that I easily shared with my landlord so that the payment came directly from them.

Sean was great in removing several yellow jacket nests from our roof overhang and spraying the area. To boot he did the work in full suit in the heatwave. I would definitely recommend Sean for your pest removal needs.

We had birds attempting to nest behind a second story soffit. Sean came, examined the nest (empty, hurray!), removed it and also reattached the loose soffit. We didn’t have to call in an additional soffit-repair company. “They’ll need power tools to get back in there.”

He responded to our service request quickly, arrived on time, did the work efficiently and thoroughly, cleaned up after himself, and all at a reasonable price. We are very pleased.

As cute as they are, it is impossible to get rid of them on your own. We used Elementary Pest Management. Owner, Sean was prompt and efficient and within 2 days, our squirrels are gone. He uses traps to get rid of them humanely and seals off their access. It was not an easy task to seal off our roof access to squirrels with its many nooks and crannies and Sean did an excellent job. He was prompt, efficient and pleasant. You will not be disappointed if you call Sean for your pest problems.

We appeared to have some rodent issues in the house we recently bought and were looking for an experienced company to help us out. We were lucky enough to find Elementary Pest management and its exceptional owner Sean. Sean calmly discussed the issues we were having over the phone and arranged to come out for a free inspection the next day. He arrived right on time with a clearly marked van and wearing company-branded clothes. He carefully inspected our entire property for issues and pointed out all the places where we may experience pest problems, including giving us advice on what to look out for in future. He looked at the droppings left in our basement and straight away identified that our issue was with rats. He informed us that if you have rats in a place you won't also have mice there, which was a relief. He then offered to deal with the problem by putting out bait stations and gave us a quote for this service. We decided that the price for this service was reasonable, wanted the issue sorted and so agreed to go ahead. Sean then went back to his van and quickly set up 5 bait stations, which he placed both inside, at the site of the issue and around the perimeter of our property. He also mixed up a solution to deal with the rodent smell in our basement. He then arranged to come back in two weeks to check and refill the bait stations again. He was very accommodating when I had to reschedule this second appointment. He turned up again when we had agreed and checked all the different bait boxes. We were both very surprised to find that there was minimal activity. Despite me pulling out my credit card to pay for this second visit he refused to be paid as he did not have to restock the stations. I am very grateful for Sean's excellent service, detailed explanations of all the issues and overall professionalism and would strongly recommend him as the 'elementary' choice if you have any unwanted little guests around your property.
