LG Home Comfort

LG Home Comfort was extremely clean, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their furnace fixed. They were really fast to respond to my call and they came out to my house just as quickly.

After my AC broke down I called LG and made an appointment. The crew was there in the time period they gave me which is rare in this industry and much appreciated. The service was great and the gentlemen wore masks at all times and practiced great social distancing with me and the other members of my family in the house. They were done quick and I have had no problems with my AC since they came.

Working with Aman and his team was a wonderful experience. They were very responsive throughout the whole process with information and pricing. On the day of the install they came in wearing masks and laid down floor mats. I really appreciated their efforts to keep the work space clean. I'm so happy with my hospital grade air purifier, thank you to the whole LG team!

I came on HomeStars to look for furnace maintenance. Pat at HomeStars was the first to respond to my request. His guys were here two days later. They were quick, professional and had helpful advice. And it cost exactly what Pat said it would.

My water heater suddenly stopped working and that was a great inconvenience as my family and I have just moved into our new home. Once I spoke to Pat, in minutes I was sold, the knowledge and suggestions for our home was second to none (price and quality brands). My water heater was leaking. Called reliance and got an appointment fast. Great services as well. LG contractor's came and I was thinking that they just came to take a look and determine what was wrong. They didn't just do that, they replaced the heater in less than an hour. Great service, very professional and friendly.

No Heat from furnace in Oct when starting to get cold. Came quickly. Very professional, walked me through what they were doing, no surprises, problem was fixed! Turned out to be insufficient return airflow. Took the time to walk me through my home to find all the return vents, checked they were open and unobstructed. I never would have been able to figure it out myself. Thank you!
