This company was recommended to me by a neighbour when I needed an electrician to install a new Nest doorbell and thermostat. The electrician from Electric Genie arrived at the designated time window the office provided, wore all appropriate PPE and social distanced, and did the installation in no time - clearly they did many of these installations in the past. Something blew in our old home’s fuse box. We called with an emergency request and the office dispatched Luciano who arrived on the same day. He fixed the issue and said he did something to prevent similar issues from happening again. In the end, we were happy with the result although wish the cost was slightly lower, although we do understand we’re paying for experience. We will likely work with this company again.
