S.A.M Renovation & Contracting

we were shopping around to get some quotes for our project ,When I called some construction companies I had 3 quotes, 1 from SAM Renovation and Contracting 1 from one of their competitors and 2 from independent contractors and we were waiting for another quote that we never got in the end. The quotes were higher than our budget allowed and it almost seemed like a dream to finish our basement. When I spoke to the owner I told him I didn't want to go over budget and he said let's see what we can do and they delivered. Not only did they give us our dream basement but they worked with our budget which gave us more room to get extras. Amed and Amanda went above and beyond helping us and their contractors did as well. They were clean, polite and worked efficiently. They did a better job than I could have ever imagined and in 5 weeks. They even took all of the garbage with them and organized the stuff they stored in the garage so that we could still use it. If I could give them more stars I would. I would recommend them to anyone and we already have. My renovation was the easiest most pleasant experience and I have yet to hear anyone else who has gone through renovations say the same. I wish i would have more work to do in my house , because I would use them for any renovation projects i will have . Thank you to the whole team for their hard work!

Both of my bathrooms were renovated recently. Ahmad did a wonderful job with a 100% upgrade in the 2 spaces including ceilings/lighting, spa shower, ventilation, heated floor, tiling, painting, electical++. He was a professional, a pleasure to work with., taking me personally to his suppliers to choose finishes. He listened to my ideas, and involved me in all of the decisions. Ahmad made sure his work area was swept and clean every evening. I couldn't be happier with the result. Thank-you!!

My family bought a 30-years old home in Oshawa and we needed to make a lot of effort to improve it's look. Especially we needed to completely remodel and renovate a bathroom. We wanted to remove tiles from a bathroom wall without damage the wall itself, as we wanted to paint the wall. Also, we needed to remove old floor tiles to install new porcelain tiles. We found SAM Renovation and Contracting and few other Contractors companies and very glad that we stopped on this contractor. Amad , the owner of SAM Renovation & Contracting , suggested some improvements to the bathroom's design and provided more than we were expecting. Ahmed and his team did an amazing job! He did everything we asked to do in our home . He was so prompt , and professional . He and his team did everything perfectly , they took their time to make sure it was done properly as they were well equipped with tools and materials for the job . The provided the best service I ever had , as they were fixing and doing all preps prior starting on they were explaining every step as we were passing by them good manners and professional approach .
