Tylor and his team recently saved my husband and I from a Christmas Disaster. Unfortunately our PVC line to our hot water tank burst Christmas Night. We were left with a flood and obviously, no hot water. Tylor was able to come to our house the very next day for a complimentary assessment during one of the coldest days of the year (below 40!!)
He was able to take the time with me and sit down to explain all our options and what we could potentially be facing in the future if we chose not to be preventative with our lines. I'd like to say at no point did we feel like we were being oversold, which is an experience I've unfortunately have had to deal with with other conteactors...
Our house was built in 1991 so we knew the time would come to replace our lines to PEX. Tylor was completely transparent and even addressed some of my other concerns such as not enough hot water to fill my tub (ladies worst nightmare!)
We decided to replace all our lines to PEX as well as our hot water tank. The job was done within two days, and they even worked on a holiday (Jan 1st) so we could have our hot water as soon as possible. We were surprised with how quick and efficient the team was, we felt obliged to keep asking if they needed any help, food or drink. We were blessed.
I even mentioned to Tylor that I admire the harmony he has with his team. I'm a consultant and specialize in customer service and always take the time to acknowledge these dynamics, it's truly hard to find, especially during these times..
Bravo Tylor to you and your team at Torchlit Plumbing. Ross and I are beyond grateful for your incredible service. We can now enjoy a full, warm bath with no anticipation of surprise floods.
Cheers!
