They arrived early, replaced a damaged fridge door on our brand new Samsung smart fridge. They are very communicative and fast. The technician was very knowledgeable and gave updates constantly.

The service provided was courteous, timely and professional. I was kept up to date throughout the service call, and was provided advice and support. I would recommend the company’s service.

The doors on our new fridge were not soft-closing properly, so the manufacturer arranged for Elite Appliance Service to repair it. The technician (Russell) ordered new parts, and arrived on time and fixed the issue. Technician was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend Elite for any appliance repairs.

Completed estimate- to-install in 12 days, at Christmas, during peak Covid. Other HomeStars high- ranked appliance service companies didn't even bother to call back. Elite was able to obtain replacement part and deliver it quickly. Conan (service tech) was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He even cleaned up when finished. Great job by Elite to carry out a fridge water dispenser repair under warranty. The assessment took and hour, and then the repairman returned a couple of days later to carry out the work. Pain free.

Their booking system was efficient, the appointment and follow-up repairs were quick & the technician was extremely knowledgeable and effective.I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

My less than two year old BOSCH microwave (combo oven) started sparking and I could no longer use it. I called Elite Appliance Service and they sent a technician over within a couple of days. The tech was very professional and thorough. He provided a detail report of the problem with a list of defective parts and labour charges. The company was great at keeping me up to date on part delivery status and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The tech came back to install the new parts and once the work was done he told me that although he had managed to fix the microwave, he was not satisfied with the door switch part since he had to file it down to make it fit. He told me that he would order a new part since the one he installed was defective. I was very happy because I could use my microwave in the meantime. A few days later the tech came back to install the new part and this time it fit perfectly! I am so happy with my decision to use Elite Appliance Service, it was hassle free and very good rates considering all the work they did. I understood everything on the work order thanks to the technician and there were no surprises. I will definitely use their services again and will recommend to family and friends.
