We contacted JP Lucky Construction to fix some issues with a poorly done job on our foundation.  We had leaks and cracks and drain issues.  The team from JP Lucky was transparent about costs and solutions.  They fixed all issues in a great time and their cleanup was thorough.  Very Happy to Recommend.

My parents are retired and were ready to downsize into a condo. We hired JP Lucky Construction and dealt with Logan for the quote process. He was professional and walked us through step by step. They took down my parents' 1940's home, poured a new basement and concrete form. Raised the ceilings to 9 feet and added a second story. The team was on-site each day and kept busy until the end of each day. They were all friendly and hard working. They ended up increasing the home value by over four hundred thousand dollars! I am happy to say my parents are now enjoying the condo life and that extra income that comes from working with JP Lucky Construction. If you are looking to sell your old home and are looking to add tremendous value to it, you will never go wrong with this company.

I had used another firm to start our project and encountered some issues which terminated the contract.  Through advice from a friend, I contacted JP Lucky Construction.  They came in and went over in detail how they would tackle the problems and were very fast to give me a price and completion date.  The price given by JP for that last third of the job came in lower than what we were previously paying.
