We got our our a/c replaced by absolute last year and we cannot say enough good things about this company. The service we received was professional and honest. The unit itself is terrific and we couldn't be happier. Sarah is always there to answer questions and provides amazing customer service. Had my AC unit recently replaced. Absolute was there from consultation before purchase to post installation inspection. Every step of the way they were there. Prices were very reasonable as I did get 3 estimates.
They were easy to speak with. Always promptly returned my calls. Were on time, courteous and clean up after themselves. They supplied a well known quality unit. I’ve had it only for last summer and with the heat we had it performed as expected.
All in all I am very pleased with the quality of their units, their professionalism and after service follow up.
I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to my family and friends.
