GOOD RENO

Nick and his team recently renovated our master bathroom. All the workers were great to deal with. Here are some things that I really liked about working with Good Reno: 1. Able to communicate with them by text (this is preferred for me and not many tradesman do this) 2. They were very accommodating around a deadline that we had and scheduled the job with this in mind 3. They were very consultative during the entire process and allowed us to provide clear direction on how we wanted to install our fixtures and tiles 4. They were respectful of the other parts of our house that they had to access and ensured they were well covered to keep things clean (e.g. stairs) 5. Quote was reasonable and they were very transparent about their expenses and work 6. Provided some great direction on things that might work and not work as well based on their experience and expertise (e.g. we didn't think to tile the entire back wall but are really glad Nick suggested it because the end result looks great!) 7. They encountered some issues during the reno as it often happens and were able to solve those well. 8. There were a couple of spots I wanted them to touch up at the end and they were very responsive in getting that done until the very end. 9. The workmanship is great. I'm not an expert in reno's but the work was well done - especially the tiling. I don't think that many contractors would be able to create such nice corners for the niche in the bathtub. 10. Our job was relatively small compared to some of the work that this company does. I never felt like we were treated any differently because of that.
Overall we are very pleased with the work. We've been using the bathroom for a while now and have been very happy with how it turned out. I would definitely hire Nick and his team again for other renovations work.

Superior design work and craftmanship, reasonably priced compared to other quotes, and we are thrilled with the quality of the work. They were fast, always on site when they said they would be and they finished on time. Every worker was polite, conscientious, professional, and so happy to please us. We truly were their first concern- that the basement be beautiful and that we would enjoy it. There were NO horror stories here, only the MOST helpful team of workers I have ever encountered. You will NOT be disappointed if you hire them.

We worked with Goodreno on a number of renovation projects. One of them was the complete finishing of our basement, which included kitchen, bedroom, gym as well as bathroom with sauna. Nick and his team from Goodreno did an amazing job. They were very pleasant to work with, very helpful in providing us with ideas and options for the project. Their work was of the highest quality and they completed the work on time as well as the budget.
They always use the latest technologies and materials in renovation and home design and pay attention to details.
