My boiler motor was making loud noise. So I called metropolitan to come and check it. The technician found faulty motor and I was out of budget because it was expensive so I told the technician to hold it for now but technician was very helpful he put some oil of the motor and did a proper service, cleaned everything. now motor noise is much less. Hello everyone. This is very useful information. we think that the only company who installed the unit can claim the warranty ? its wrong. I had my Furnace installed a a different company and when my furnace was leaking water so I called the same company to fix but they were not able to come sooner to fix so I called this Metropolitan company. Their technician came very quickly and found leak in the collector box. I was worried that now I should call the same company as they can claim the warranty but technician told to call the Metropolitan office. I called and the support team of Metropolitan assured that they can claim the warranty and yes they did. They came very next day with the part and fix my furnace. Great great response very Metropolitan.

I had a problem with my Furnace so as I used Metropolitan every year to service my Air Conditioner so I called them now to check my furnace. As Usual technician was here on time and he found the leak in the Venter Motor. So he took the responsibility to claim the warranty and it was very quick action after two days the technician was here to install the motor. My Furnace is almost 18 years old and it was no longer under warranty. Suddenly it stopped blowing hot air and I was thinking that whoever will come will suggest me to replace it due to the age of my furnace, but all five finger are not equal. This company Metropolitan is really different from the other companies. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He never discussed about replacing it. He fixed my furnace at very low cost. I had Metropolitan company at my home today to service my water heater. I used Metropolitan before to clean my Ac and I liked their services so wanted to continue with them And I will keep dealing with Metropolitan because these people are very knowledgeable+punctual. Highly recommended

I choosed Metropolitan due to their reviews ratings. My Furnace and ac was working fine at the moment but the furnace was Red tagged to to gas leak last year. Metropolitan technician was here to only clean my furnace and ac but during the maintenance he found a gas leak and recommended me to replace it in fact last year the technician from other company was unable to do it that's why my furnace was Red tagged but I was not aware the there is still the same problem. The technician red my invoice and told me that I have 10 years warranty on it so I can get this gasket free of cost so he claimed my warranty and with in a weeks time he came back again and fixed the gasket. These people are really professional and know how to work on the equipment. HAVE A NICE DAY METROPOLITAN

I always use metropolitanfor my heating and cooling but writing the review for the first time. These people are very great, very professional and reliable. I always get my HVAC service by them because I trust them. Infact those people whom I recommended metropolitan they are also happy with the services.

my ac was installed in 2012 by a company and now it was not performing well. I was not sure if the compressor is weak or the whole unit is gone. I called Metropolitan HVAC solutions through Facebook. I told Metropolitan beforehand that I am not sure If I want to replace it or fix it therefore I need your recommendations. They sent the technician who diagnose the unit and told me that everything is perfect the unit is in good condition. i just need a complete cleaning. He took 45 minutes to clean but it was a perfect cleaning. I would say if anyone need a perfect company for their ac they should call Metropolitan Hvac Solutions.

My ac unit was running fine the only problem it was not communicating with thermostat. I though that there is some problem with my thermostat or ac so I called the company to check my ac unit. The technician came he checked the ac and then thermostat. he told me that ac is good and he started checking my Furnace and found there is some ignition control kit which was not working. As my part was under warranty so they ordered the part and came again to fix it. now I can operate my unit. It shows that the company is very professional because I called for ac unit and technician himself find that the problem was not ac but the Furnace. Good work Metropolitan - Keep it up !!!!
