Arctic Vinyl Windows & Doors

We chose Arctic Vinyl primarily on the strength of very positive and compelling testimonials from several of our neighbours who had recently replaced their windows with Arctic Vinyl. I do not recall ever moving forward on a major purchase with so much confidence.

We are very pleased with our new windows and I am happy to report that Arctic Vinyl definitely lived up the high expectations we had. Our interactions with Arctic Vinyl personnel, without exception, were always pleasant and uncomplicated. The three-man installation crew was polite, professional and very efficient. Kevin was great and spent a lot of time providing options and working thru multiple iterations with us. Prices were very reasonable and product looks great! All windows and front door were done in a day, installers were tidy and ensured surfaces were well protected and were really happy with the quality of the work. I highly recommend Arctic!

Were looking to have our front door replaced and happened to mention that while at my dentist. The hygienist said she had just replaced hers (in Brampton) and recommended Arctic Vinyl and Doors. I called them for a quote and was very pleased when the sales person offered to drive up to meet. He was very helpful and informative. After several other company quotes we went with Arctic Vinyl. What really impressed us and led me to write a review was the installation. Their installers arrived on time and were very friendly and courteous. They did a professional job and cleaned everything up as they worked. The final job looks terrific.

Replaced some pretty old windows. Installers took a extra care and prepped for issues prior to starting. Went very smoothly. They put down drop sheets to try and keep the mess to a minimum on a very dirty job. Well done! Would definitely recommend Arctic.

We had all of our windows and doors replaced by Arctic Vinyl. We thoroughly vetted contractors, including big-name companies in the windows industry. However, we ended up choosing AV. Kevin, one of the owners, met with us and presented their products. Although the installation was done in January, in the middle of winter, it went very smoothly. The installers, Riza and his men, were fast and efficient. Overall, we are happy with the product and service.

Kevin was professional and he spend good amount of time with us to explain the product we decided to purchased and the whole process of the job. He also showed up every day while installers were working and made sure we are happy with the service, I strongly recommend Arctic Vinyl, they are professional, responsive also their prices are reasonable.

When I decided to replace my windows and front door, I interviewed at least 6 different companies. While Arctic was not the cheapest (or the most expensive by a long shot) a good part of rationale for selecting them was the way I was treated during the onsite sales visit. Unlike other companies, they spent a LOT of time explaining to me the different types of windows, pros & cons of each, the installation etc. Unlike others that I interviewed I was never made to feel foolish for not knowing these things nor did they ever ask for "the man of the house" as it which point they would have been escorted to the door as I did with more than 1 company!!
I have not regretted my decision for a single minute! Through out the process I was kept informed of activities and timelines. Installers were very pleasant and not a scrap of garbage was left behind!
I have had 2 very, very minor issues since with hardware (not the windows themselves) and both occasions within 24hrs of sending an email with the issue, someone was onsite to fix with no issues or cost to me. They even gave me a gift card to replace some plants that were damaged as a result of one of the issues - so much more than I ever would have expected.
To say I am pleased with my decision to use Arctic is an understatement and would highly recommend them without hesitation!

Excellent experience, 3 workers came at 9:00 am and worked straight to 7:30 pm removing the old windows and installing the new windows with free aluminum framing, meticulous and careful, reviewed the window operation of each window, worked on the window installation upon it was perfectly level and free sliding, cleaned up any waste and took it with them. I would not hesitate to recommend this service and I already have to friends and family. Always courteous and polite. Worked until the job was complete

I live in a condo and my sliding door needed to be repaired. They came the next day for an inspection and was recommending replacement as it was 40yrs old. It was fast, easy and smooth service. Very efficient and friendly. I will welcome them back every time. Thank you for your service.
