Quick service to fix our fridge that had stopped cooling. Had to order the part, once it was in, then we're back to replace that specific part right away!

I was impressed with the ability to service same day and the quality of the workmanship.

Dishwasher was repaired properly but it took a number of visits to sort out the issues. I spent approximately $400 in parts and $90 for the initial service charge. The parts didn’t take very long to come in but dishwasher was fixed completely after 4 weeks.

Service was fast ... 2 days in total.

1. First day was the diagnosis/assessment
2. Second day was the actual repair

Cost was fair and at par w/ other repair companies
Technician was knowledgeable

I had Mr. Appliance come to fix my dryer. They were very easy to communicate with and arrived right when they said they would. The repairman was very knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. The cost of the repair was very fair and reasonable. I would definitely have them back if I need another appliance repair.
