On June 16, Express Installers installed 5 appliances in my home. While handling the Miele gas range wire rack, Carlos, the company manager, unfortunately dropped it on the open door and broke the glass. He ordered a new one, which I received promptly, promising to come and install it early the following week. I paid for the installation in full ($ 1265,60), trusting his word. Having not heard from him after 2 weeks, I called him on June 30th and asked him when he would come to replace the glass. He then said he was not going to do it himself but ask for another company to do it. It will be 4 weeks this friday and I never heard either from him or « the other company ». This speaks volumes about this mans work ethic and tells me I did well to book a Miele service technician to finally get my stove in good working order.
