I had a few jobs that I asked for quotes on. James was quick to reply and quoted based on photos I provided. Quote was best that I received back.

I ended up proceeding with only one of the jobs, replacement of kitchen sink shut off valves. The other jobs were non essential and I decided I would DIY them.

My job was not an emergency and I was easily able to schedule a time for the repair. On the day, prior to arrival, David messaged me early to advise he was on his way and later arrived on time. He completed the job, I approved the work and paid.

Next day I noticed a minor issue. My retractable kitchen faucet hose was getting caught on the piping below and not retracting fully. I email them and David came back to resolve the issue.

I'm fully satisfied with the whole process, even with them having to return to fix the minor issue.
