Marty returned our call very quickly.. He explained our options in details and also gave us all the documents to read over to make our decision without pressure. They were able to begin the roof replacement a week earlier than expected which worked well for us, the crew was hard working and courteouscouldnt have asked for better and the clean up not only at the end but throughout because they knew our dog was using the yard. I had met with 6 companies to redo my roof. Marty was by far the most professional. He explained everything very well and was always available for questions. The crew showed up on time and did very fast high quality work. I was suppose to demo my chimney before the crew started, but couldnt finish do to a medical issue. Marty finished it all and didnt charge me for any extra hours. Recommend to everyone

In the Fall of 2022, we needed to have our 37-year old cedar shake roof replaced. We knew that the task at hand would be costly, and we wanted to replace the cedar shakes with an equally or more durable material, one that would also be attractive maintaining the character of the home.

After carefully researching roofing companies on-line, we sent out inquires to 6 roofing companies in our locale. After some dialogue, we chose Bullet pRoof.

Our experience, like the others who wrote reviews, was amazing. Marty, of Bullet pRoof, was the only company, to visit us in person, to educate us about roofing materials, how to discern a good roofing company from one of less quality, how to choose the correct roofing materials the shingles that are seen, and the flashing, membranes, and other accessories, that often are unseen, and informing us about the warranties provided by various roofing companies and shingles. We then investigated, on-line, all the information presented to us, and confirmed the truthfulness of what was shared.

The personal touch provided by Marty his knowledge, his excellent communication skills, his ethics and honesty, and his work ethic, were all outstanding. His working team were kind, caring, thoughtful, and hardworking people. Their presence in the community was appreciated.

Marty and his crews were top notch! Marty responded by phone within hours of my request for a quote, came in person to explain the quote and answered all my questions patiently. My roof came with some complications that needed game day decisions. Marty explained my options on the spot so I could make the best choice for our home. Both the roofing crew and the gutter crew arrived on time, ready to work and were extremely kind to my children who closely watched their every move. Both crews left my yard better than they found it, cleaning and sweeping as they went. Would and will highly recommend these folks to everyone!
