Got back to me right away after initial contact. Even contacted me again without me having to call them back. Gave me general ideas/information/Cost idea through pictures and conversations, then didnt just send someone to fix the problem , but came out himself to check out/confirm the needed repairs in person and introduce his technician who was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very easy to talk to and understand while explaining what caused the damage, how it would be fixed and pricing. Also gave a less expensive just stop the problem option as well as a stop the problem and repair the affected areas option, which made me feel confident they werent just over inflating the problem/cost.
Would definitely Reccomend and use them again

Marty and his team replaced our very old roof with a beautiful new Asphalt roof. His bulletproof guarantee allowed us to feel comfortable with the longevity of the roof and the comfort that his team would be there if we needed any help in the future. The roofers were professional and friendly and did an amazing job. His team also replaced our gutters which completed the final look.
We are very happy with the way our roof look and it has already been tested with two hail storms. But most of all we are happy with the way we were treated by Marty and his attention to detail and effort to make every detail how we wanted before signing anything off. Thanks Marty!

Marty was absolutely wonderful to deal with! He took the time to go over all possible solutions and options with me. He went out of his way to provide me with samples because I was indecisive and live out in the country to boot. He responded quickly to all of my questions and he kept the schedule on time without any hitches. His employees did a fantastic job! He checked in frequently to ensure things were going along as they should and gave me a very fair price! The end result is amazing and functioning as it should! Marty and his team at Bulletproof Roof Systems were excellent to work with. As Bulletproof supports a charity close to my heart, I contacted Marty to give me a quote. He communicated his plans clearly and his quote was competitive. Having worked with roofers in the past with degrees of success I was hesitant but felt confident in what Marty presented. Although I was not planning on choosing the higher quality product (and was not pressured to do so) I was very impressed with product, and the warranty. Marty and his team delivered the roof on time and it looks fantastic. They were professional, worked hard, definitely were knowledgeable in both the product and the installation and kept the site safe which with kids around was important. The only one not happy was my dog during installation (he hates noise) but he is happy now too

Our existing roof was 20 years old and needed replacing. I interviewed a number of roofers and Marty seemed the most genuine. We had our new roof done and his team worked rain or shine. The job was done in a timely fashion. The roof looks great.
