Marty and his crew is fantastic. Earlier on in our conversation, I realized that he and his crew are honest, integral, and have a great work ethic. Prior to The job start date, I had to make an emergency call to Marty because the atmospheric river had hit Metro Vancouver, and caused a leak into our dining room from above. Marty drove out and arrived at my house at 8 AM, coming from Mission, to my house in Burnaby. He did a nice patch job and alleviated the stress and the leak! I offered Marty compensation for his time and his work, which he declined to takefrom me. Just a stand-up guy! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get any roofing or any project for that matter, done on their home. Thank you, Marty and crew! Five stars!

Marty and the team at Bulletproof are professional and responsive. We were very pleased with the work that they did on our roof. A new roof is a big purchase but Marty was so patient with our 101 questions and talked us through the entire process so we knew what to expect. I can't recommend Bulletproof Roof Systems Ltd enough. Marty and his guys are nothing but professional. here's the list of reasons why I recommend them:
1. reasonable pricing: I searched on Google and BBB, and contacted 4 roofing companies (including Marty's) based on the rating and reviews to come check out my roof and give me a quote. Marty's pricing was very close to one of the companies, the other two were just straight-up gaugers, 1 didn't give a price and the other quoted us for almost double the money.
2. professionalism & integrity: My husband is in trades, so he has a good read on contractors. Marty stood out immediately due to his professionalism. He came prepared with a thick file of information. He patiently walked us through all the roof materials. Since we decided on shingles to start with, he narrowed it down and went into details on those. Gave us his honest opinions and never tried to oversell us on fancy options.
3. his amazing crew: Marty pretty much organized everything, cleaning, garbage bin, and porta potty. Our project was scheduled 3 months ahead, and unfortunately, when it was supposed to happen, we got rain started that week. we all worried to guts on the quality and the safety. I believe I messaged Marty 3 times due to this rain. He was patient and assured me they wouldn't work in the rain and they would ensure everything was covered and the quality of the work. I gotta say, just trust the process. They are professional, my roof was done beautifully with no leaks. His crew cleaned up the site at the end of the project, it was such a peace of mind.

TL;DR, HIRE MARTY FOR YOUR ROOF. I did a ton of research prior to hiring Marty and went through the process with his team. Just knowing his team is working on my roof, fixing fascia boards, skylights, and chimney is complete peace of mind. I did not need to do anything or worry at all.

Finally, I referred Marty to my neighbor, who also contacted a few roofers prior and they immediately decided to go with Marty after meeting him.

Marty and his roofing team did an outstanding job in everyway. The work was done so fast and not a spec of debris anywhere on our property. The men who did the roofing were courteous and worked hard. Marty was very gracious in the way he answered all of our questions. He also took the time to explain the importance of checking any company working on our property had valid insurance and Workmans Comp coverage. He also helped us understand the warranty details. He really cares about his customers and he also contributes to a charity in our community which shows his care for the community as well.

Marty is a great ambassador for Bulketproof Roofing Systems. Very thorough walk through and quick to respond. The roofers were meticulous in detail and left the worksite spotless at the end of each day. Excellent company top to bottom.
