Furnace Fellas

A disappointing end to what was originally a good experience.

I was impressed with Will's knowledge and recommendations for our 40-year-old furnace replacement and hot water tank install. The work was done within the stated timeframe.

I found out after when we didn't see an inspection sticker from the city that no permit was ever acquired before the work was done. I emailed three times and have yet to get a response or resolution. Quote/receipt state that permits/inspection are included in the price...but I guess not.

Buyer beware.

It's nice that they charge estimates for free. I also find the estimates reasonable. I am moving forward with their service

The leak in my house has caused me so much money. Thanks to the industrious plumbers who tracked down the hidden leaks and solved my dilemma for good.

My sink got food clogged. I tried cleaning it myself but I couldn't take the trash out. Glad I called Furnace Fellas and they were able to come and check my sink right away.. It was tough because I needed to get some new parts. Thank you Will for helping me out!
