During an exceptionally strong thunderstorm recently, we had water enter into our basement through leaks around the chimney. Elite Roofers treated the situation as an emergency, doing temporary repairs until the weather cleared. As Tracy promised, the team arrived on the first rain-free day and completed repairing and re-shingling our house, garage and extension in a single, very long day. The crew was efficient and able to solve numerous problems caused by a previous contractors improper installation of roof materials and components. We replaced shingles of main building and a sun room with skylights. Also replaced skylights with brand new ones.
Sun room had complex and messy roofing (i.e. 3 layers of shingles) but all corrected.
Also they added 3 vents and corrected pipes of existinf fans.
Very professional team; on time, detail oriented, clean work, continuous update of progress with pictures, etc. !

The company responded quickly to my service request and the repair was done within the week. The longer the team was on my roof they seem to find more problems which was questionable.
My difficulty was having to pay in cash and not getting a receipt.
