After contacting several companies on Homestars, I chose Elite Roofer because of their reasonable price and the recommendation by my neighbour who used Elite to replace the roof last year.
Jin and his team are very professional, easy to communicate. They did great job, worked to full customer satisfaction. When a minor issue reported, they were very patient to listen and discuss with us for the best solution, drove 50km the 2nd day to fix it. I am very happy with their work and the way they deal with post sales issues.

Tracy was our sales rep, and she was recommended from a friend. She was easy to deal with, and replied to any questions outside regular work hours. The price and quality for Elite Roofers makes them stand out. Work was done in 1 day

Elite Roofers were very responsive and answered all of my questions. Tracy managed most of the interactions as the crew has fewer English skills, but everyone was friendly and polite. First inspection was done by a skilled professional, the only roofer who brought a prybar and caulk up to investigate the skylight properly.

Our job was a bit more complex than I first expected and Tracy and the crew were able to handle all of my questions and present multiple options, including photos from other jobs.

Once the contract was signed work started very quickly, and the work itself was done quickly. The 2 person crew gave me an honest appraisal of the problems they did and did not encounter in the repair and were able to successful repair the skylights. They cleaned up after, although a few stray pieces of membrane backing had blown into the yard and there was a bit of vacuuming to be done inside, we thought it was a job well done. Work was guaranteed for 5 years.
