Tracy was very good at detailing everything and giving me the options for the job in terms of shingles and provided her feedback. Then the crew came at 8am sharp and worked very efficiently and effectively. They were men on a mission. During the job, they were taking pictures and showing me various angles of the work they were doing so I could see the their work. Finished the roof (semi-detached) same day and left the place spotless from broken/ripped shingles. They even went over the grass to try and bring it back up from being flattened, which was appreciated. Quality service! During the initial meeting, I referred them to my neighbour who is getting them done too. Thanks alot Elite Roofers!

Elite Roofers repaired the roof that was leaking in our media room. The work was done in April, 2022. The air vent was replaced and a few shingles were fixed to our satisfaction. When the issues were flagged to them, Tracy maintained contact with me and to find a suitable time to come and do the repairs. They were very prompt in addressing the issues.

Elite roofers did a great job of replacing the shingles of my house and also fixed other small issues of the roof. Excellent service and knowledge of the work they do.

I had my rooftop replaced by Mr. Kim, who is very hard-working and responsible. The weather was turning hot and cold unpredictability during the construction, but Mr. Kim still finished the work before promised date and ended up with a beautiful roof. The price he offered was also very competitive than other companies. Kim and Tracy are both very patient to me and my neighbor when we had several discussions on picking the roof colors. I do appreciate their hard work. I would definitely recommend my friends to them in future.

Elite has been very helpful and responsive to my request. As my chimney need repair prior to the roof replacement, they responded quickly and helped me to repair the chimney right away. Jin, the roof specialist, is knowledgeable and experienced. I am confident he and his team will do a good job for my roof shingles replacement as well.
