Washing machine died, Adel came right over promptly , was courteous , professional, honest and let me know that I needed to go shopping for a new washing machine, providing me some valued feedback and tips looking for a new washer.

I am exceedingly pleased with Quarter Inch Appliance Repair. I put the issue I was having with my dryer on Home Stars. I think his name is Adel, was the second company to contact me. He said that CL means child lock (dont have little kids so didnt think of it) and I should look for that button and press and hold it. It worked!! He was very patient, waiting until I got my glasses and found the button and tried the dryer. That saved me at least $90 and being a senior that is significant. I think he even did research to identify the cause before he contacted me. Phenomenal customer service, especially in this day and age. If I have an appliance issue in the future, I will definitely call Quarter Inch Appliance Repair. If I could give more than 10 out of 10, I would do so unequivocally.

Inlet control valve on dishwasher needed replacement. Oven element and control panel on range needed replacement. Total cost $800 for both. Adel was quick to respond. The issue with the control panel on the range became evident after the oven element was replaced so two visits were required. He charged for the parts only on the second visit, not for the service call. We were very satisfied with his work, thought he was fair in his charges, and felt safe with him in our home. We recommend him highly.

Quick response to our request and very exciting leased with the repair work done. Seal on dryer needed to be replaced, I had ordered the wrong part and a new one was purchased and Installed all within a few hours. Would highly recommend!

Adel was prompt, efficient and polite and we were confident in his diagnosis of the problem. Dryer has only been used once since repair, but it worked well.

As a side note, we would certainly use Adel again, but we had expected a local Oakville appliance repair person.
