Worst customer service ever.

Paid the deposit, bought everything needed and then couldn't book an appointment. They asked me to pick dates and times and I gave them all kinds of options.

Took 2 days to book a date with no known time. Finally was told they'd be by after lunch. No show.

Wasted a full day waiting for their no show.

While my first review was 5/10, a representative at Omnee contacted me right away to discuss. I am satisfied with the outcome so I have amended my review and included the original below. After this whole experience I would try Omnee again.

Getting the quote from Omnee was a breeze. I felt like they understood exactly what I was asking for. They were able to get the handyman dispatched quickly. My handyman was a very nice man, but he did not understand the quote and did not come prepared with the materials in the quote. After he left I gave my wardrobes a light shake and the hardware he installed fell off. I ended up having to remove everything, buy what was listed in the quote myself and redo the install with my dad the next day. While the process was quick and easy, including payment I wasnt happy with the end result.

This was my first time with Omnee and Im glad to have given them a try. Rather than having to locate someone to take care of the job, they did the sourcing and provided the materials. Competitive rates. Id definitely recommend them.

I so appreciate Omnie! I love leaving the searching out of contractors to them. I recently put about 10 smaller jobs on my Omni to do list and a great contractor came over and completed all my jobs in a couple of days. We are not Mr Fixits so handing all these jobs over to Omni was such a relief! We were so pleased with the service and the reasonable invoice, we won't look anywhere else next spring when it's time to repair our fence. Thankyou Omni!
