Overall, a great experience! Michael and Adam did a quality install. I reached out to Michael and received a quote the same day. They showed up on time and delivered the door to my home as well. It only took a few hours to install and it looks and works great. Very courteous to my family and easy to chat with. And they cleaned up the work area well before leaving. I hope to partner with them in future to help with some other Reno projects I have been putting off. Well done!

My experience as a subcontractor with IKOYI homes was a 10/10
Here are some aspects I appreciated:

1) Clear communication as to job requirements before and throughout the job.
2) As the electrician on-site, I came in roughly half way through the project. I noticed the attention to detail as soon as I arrived at the job, with floor coverings, and dust barriers installed as to not affect the rest of the home.
3) When I arrived for the finishings, the quality of workmanship was apparent. High end fixtures, clean lines, and a well thought out design.

I highly recommend IKOYI homes for any project you may have.

Michael and his team completed our full basement renovation, with a 3 piece bathroom. The entire process went very smooth and finished on time. All of the documents, materials, and invoices were well organized. The subcontractors were respectful of my house, family, and were flexible, ensuring the schedule worked for everyone.
