50 year old building, no elevator, top floor (3). Some reno done but a lot still to do. I ran my ideas and problems mainly electrical by Brandon. As we went along sharing with the electrician, the plumber and the floor master.. speaking of which that floor went down, details n all in no time. The one thing that helped me the most is the quick interaction with everyone involved and everyone made one or more suggestions that I have used to make my concept better. Everything was explained to me where to stop and why, where to invest more and why.
It was a very good experience and I have learn/saw things. Well orchestrated with professionals in attitude, knowledge and pride of the final product.

This included total repaint of the 700 sq ft. Rewiring abandoned electrical circuits , installation of 8 pot lights, 2 ceiling fans. Take out old appliances and install hi end new ones including dishwasher. Brand new German barn style kitchen sink. The bathroom has now a rain shower and bathroom fan. Putting furniture together.. painting the balcony.. building a new cover for the water heating system. Im very satisfied with every one that in this place. Ty

I didnt do the work myself because i didnt have a ladder that was king enough. As it turned out neither did the contractor. He rented the ladder. Had i known you could rent a ladder i would have done the job myself . The team did the portion of the job that didnt require a ladder. they asked if i was pleased with the work. I didnt like one element of the job and they quickly fixed it to my liking. Either was was acceptable but they did it the way i liked which was very nice. while they waited for the ladder, I asked them if they could do some work to help a senior citizen. My elderly neighbour had a tree fall in her backyard. It was not a big tree but it was a good 45 min work for the contractors and myself. While they waited for the rented ladder to arrive they graciously cut the tree into pieces and cleaned up her yard for free. I was very impressed with their generosity and their professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone. they were kind, professional and did a great job

Had a complex project for a fence extension. Jordan took the time to come up with a good solution. He is communicative, accountable and offers fair pricing.

Jordan was very responsive to my request. The guys did a great job installing the range hood even though it was a really tough job.

Jordan is a very creative individual that brings your visions to life. He not only painted my 25 feet high entrance way, he hung a large chandelier there too. He has worked on mounting antique frames outside my home too. The recent project was to create a chandelier out of driftwood and some old antique tools. Jordan listened to my vision and brought it to life. Any project big or small i would entrust to Jordan. He is professional, hard working and someone I trust to get the job done.

Backstreet Concrete was over to assess my walkway project within a week of contacting them. They were easy to work with in a multi trade project. At the same time I had another company that installs sidewalk heating systems organize to have a pipe bed incorporated into the sidewalk.

The job worked out perfect. Looks really good.

Jordan did excellent work, provided cost upfront and was on schedule. Cleaned up the worksite when complete, would use him again for sure.
