50 year old building, no elevator, top floor (3). Some reno done but a lot still to do. I ran my ideas and problems mainly electrical by Brandon. As we went along sharing with the electrician, the plumber and the floor master.. speaking of which that floor went down, details n all in no time. The one thing that helped me the most is the quick interaction with everyone involved and everyone made one or more suggestions that I have used to make my concept better. Everything was explained to me where to stop and why, where to invest more and why.
It was a very good experience and I have learn/saw things. Well orchestrated with professionals in attitude, knowledge and pride of the final product.
This included total repaint of the 700 sq ft. Rewiring abandoned electrical circuits , installation of 8 pot lights, 2 ceiling fans. Take out old appliances and install hi end new ones including dishwasher. Brand new German barn style kitchen sink. The bathroom has now a rain shower and bathroom fan. Putting furniture together.. painting the balcony.. building a new cover for the water heating system. Im very satisfied with every one that in this place. Ty
