I had a huge water bill and determined we had a leaky toilet. Ezra came out the same day to check it out. He recommended a replacement part and installed. The next day i noticed the toilet was still running. He came out the same day to take a look, ordered an additional part and returned a few days later. A pleasure to work with.

Had a broken toilet flange. Ezra came on Canada Day. Fixed the flange, added a new rubber ring (for durability vs. wax ring), and remounted the toilet. He was friendly, mellow, and honest. And the price for parts and labour was great. Feels like he's our new plumber!

Great experience! Not only got the job done that was requested, but when he found something else was wrong, he explained the situation, was able to fix it immediately, and teach us what to do so it wouldn't happen again!

Ezra assisted with a plumbing job in my rental unit and was very reliable. I then had had him assist with a job in my own home and he was great.

Ezra was right within the time window he said he'd arrive. He was quick and did a great job replacing the outdoor water valve.

I work for a company called Leostar development group and our main plumber has been JVO for the past 3 years. We do unit renovations as well as house renovation.

Customer service: Ezra [owner of JVO] has always been very accommodating and flexible with his schedule. If there was a deficiency, he always comes back to assess and fix the issue without question. I've been in several emergency situations and he's always there to save the day.

Skill level: he's 10/10, has all his own tools and has worked in the union backed by years of experience and it shows in his clean work

Invoice/payments: In the 3 years we have been working together, we have never has any issues with his pricing and invoices. Anytime he has back-charge, we sit down and work it out best for both parties in a fair manner.

Punctuality: although he has been late a couple times on his arrivals, he always gets the job done. He stays until the task is completed and will put in his own extra hours to ensure that everything is done proper and clean.

Overall: Amazing contractor to work with and very easy going. Great communicator and his work speaks for it self. Highly recommended and trust that he will achieve the task with 10/10 customer satisfaction
