Unfortunately it is pretty common in the construction industry that contractors walk away when they are done, and never come back if needed or stay behind their work. Gerardo has always stayed behind his work and fix the potintial issues, even months after completion...

We made a last minute decision to get our basement finished in the Fall. Gerardo was able to fit us in within a few weeks, and his team finished work within 4 weeks.
Work included framing, drywall, bathroom, flooring and painting.
Gerardo was good to work with and addressed any concerns we had along the way.
