Marcel was nice and informative during the estimate, addressing my concerns and providing detailed explanations of what needed to be done. Despite our in-person discussion about covering the entire house (with eavestrough guards), as I was concerned about the water damage coming into our home; one area was conspicuously left out in the written estimate. I assumed that what we had agreed upon verbally would be reflected in the final work, but unfortunately, it wasn't. This oversight left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
My biggest takeaway from this experience is the importance of reading all the fine print in the estimate and not relying solely on verbal agreements. The misalignment between our conversation and the actual work done was a significant letdown.

To top it off, the work was done last week, and he's been texting me every day since outlining his attempts to reach me to pay for the bill. Unfortunately I was sick for the long weekend, and couldn't get it to right away. This really put me off. I just find this so unprofessional. I have never worked with a company/person like this before.
