Wave Ample Inc.

The turnstile of my Kenmore over the range microwave was no longer working. I am glad I chose Fred and Wave Ample to repair our microwave. He arrived on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly and found the turnstile motor was busted.
Unfortunately, it will take 2-4 weeks to order the OEM part since this is an old model microwave. He said cheaper replacement parts may be available quicker but he cannot guarantee the quality (and I agree with him).
I decided to wait for the OEM part. I appreciated that Fred proactively gave me an update on the order so I was aware of the status.
Since the part will take a few weeks, I offered to pay Fred a down payment on our agreed rate (since he has already done some work). He insisted that he will accept the payment only after the job is complete (amazing!).
We got the part today and he completed the repair. I am really happy we chose Fred and Wave Ample!
