We are very happy we hired Henry for our garage door replacement. He is friendly, punctual, easy to talk to, and very professional. He gave us a fair price and was able to accommodate our schedule. The quality of his work was excellent.

We called Mr. Handyman to repair part of the ceiling that had water damage, replace outdoor light, and install some smart light switches. We are happy with the work done by Jay and Steve. We have popcorn ceiling so they had to remove and repair that patch of the ceiling. They set the expectation before the job that the repaired patch will not match 100% with the rest of the ceiling (which makes sense). I am ok with that and the repaired patch was more than acceptable. They also installed smart light switches. However, due to unusual wiring in my house, the microwave oven will only turn on when the "smart" lights are on. I didn't notice this until they left. I called them and they set up another day to come back. Although this issue was not their fault (they followed the instructions of the smart switch), they still fixed the issue with no additional charges. Nice working with their team.

We just completed a renovation and wanted the air ducts cleaned. We needed the service done during the week since we will be traveling the following week. We called several companies but their schedules were booked. Matthew was able to find me a spot in his tight schedule. We are very happy that Matthew provided the services. I mentioned to him that I was surprised that several ducts were sparkling clean after the service (it is a 25-year old house). The dryer vent cleaning was also excellent. He pointed to a problem in the vent hose that was dipped which was causing some blockage in the venting. In addition, Matthew is also very friendly and a great communicator. We will definitely call him again in a few years.

The turnstile of my Kenmore over the range microwave was no longer working. I am glad I chose Fred and Wave Ample to repair our microwave. He arrived on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly and found the turnstile motor was busted. Unfortunately, it will take 2-4 weeks to order the OEM part since this is an old model microwave. He said cheaper replacement parts may be available quicker but he cannot guarantee the quality (and I agree with him). I decided to wait for the OEM part. I appreciated that Fred proactively gave me an update on the order so I was aware of the status. Since the part will take a few weeks, I offered to pay Fred a down payment on our agreed rate (since he has already done some work). He insisted that he will accept the payment only after the job is complete (amazing!). We got the part today and he completed the repair. I am really happy we chose Fred and Wave Ample!

We appreciate the quality of work by Jiahao and his team with getting our project done. He has been very responsive to our messages from the beginning. There was a slight change needed for the original plan since there is a buried electrical line in the original location. His team patiently worked with us to find an alternative plan. We are very happy with the work done. Great job!

I hired the company to do exterior painting of the garage and front doors (including frames). They arrived on time and began work immediately. I am very happy with the result. The only chink in this project was that they painted the wrong color in the doors. I was surprised when they said the job was complete ... I thought it was only the primer. It turned out there was a mistake somewhere in the job order and they were given the wrong paint. However, I do appreciate that they corrected the problem, went out to get the correct color, and painted 2 coats again. Therefore, the job was still completed in 1 day. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is how the company works to resolve it that makes them stand out.

I am happy with the work Clera did for the replacement of all windows and patio door in our house. The salesperson, Vito, explained everything clearly and was not pushy. There were no hidden costs in the contract. The price I paid was exactly what was written. I also appreciated that one of the owners, Mike, dropped by during the installation to check on the project. The installers, Alex and Omar, were great. The quality of their work is good and they work fast.The only problem was that there was an error with 4 of the windows in my order so they had to reorder them. Since they are the manufacturers (not a reseller or distributor), they were able to immediately send the missing items to their manufacturing plant. Unfortunately, I had to wait 2 weeks for the availability of their installers. I am still very satisfied with this project.

I requested a quote from their website and got a call within 2 hours (and it was a Sunday). They clearly explained what will be done, how long it will take, and the cost.I paid exactly what we discussed.They came in and did the job well. They also cleaned up after their work. Great job!

The spring in my garage door broke over the weekend. Called up Dodds and got a schedule for Monday afternoon. Joseph (Joe) arrived within the given schedule. He was very friendly and jolly (which helps a lot since you don't want to be greeted by a cranky guy). He fixed it within the prescribed time. I also appreciated that he gave me tips on (1) how to maintain the entire garage door system, and (2) how to open it manually in the event that the spring breaks again (hopefully, not in the next 5 years). Great company and service.

I had no regrets hiring Domenic to get our exterior window trims painted. His professionalism, attention to detail, and competence are highly commendable. We also appreciated that he went above and beyond our agreement by cleaning the sloppy job done by the previous painters we hired. We are definitely happy that we hired him for this job. We will definitely recommend Domenic.

Victor and Dmitry are a great team. Friendly and professional. They did a great job of replacing our roof (as well as my neighbors' since we live in a townhouse). They explained the work that they will do, the products they will use, the length of time to do it, and the total cost (written). At the end of the job, they billed me exactly as discussed ... no hidden fees, no surprises. They also cleaned up after the job was done.
