MMT came and did a roof repair one time. Water was coming through in one of the valleys (no ice and water shield installed). They were out the day after we called and had it repaired.
Another time there was a water leak in my cistern system (Im on an acreage) when I was out of town, my wife called MMT and they came out that day and fixed things up.
