Michael and Larry at MMT Construction did an awesome job. At first we were hired them to change the flange for the new toilet. However, with their knowledge, Larry found out there was a blockage in the drainage. Finally, they found out there was sewer backup from the sump pump. I was froze and felt sick about it, didn't know what to do. Michael was so nice and insured me they will taken care of it for me. They worked on it for hours to clear and sanitize the place. They also replaced the sump pump and made everything works and back to normal again. Really I wouldn't know what to do without them on that day. I felt like God was sending them to me. Because when I searched from the site Homestar.com there were a lot of companies calling me gave me a quote. But only MMT Construction gave me a reasonable quote. And they honestly told me that was a simple task to replace the flange and put on a toilet. Not like the others companies.
I would recommend MMT Construction company to anyone needs any work done for home. They are honest and reasonable and respectful people. I will hired them again for build and finish my unfinished basement in the nearby future. Thank you so much MMT Construction for doing a excellent work

I had MMT Construction Ltd. Edmonton remodelled and upgraded my backyard landscaping last year. After the backyard project finished , I then had them do a few minor exterior and interior jobs of my home. I am happy and satisfied with the result. MMT came and did a roof repair one time. Water was coming through in one of the valleys (no ice and water shield installed). They were out the day after we called and had it repaired.

Another time there was a water leak in my cistern system (Im on an acreage) when I was out of town, my wife called MMT and they came out that day and fixed things up.

exterior trenching , sidewalk removed,8 feet deep, seal and waterproof foundation, installed 5 new window wells. installed new weeping tile, inside foundation walls repaired cracks and sealed all walls. engineering
specs. ured to reinforce the walls with flat strap and anchored as recommended . all area cleaned up and back filled. had to work through every type of weather.

MMT did a great job lifting my mud room which was subsiding and pulling away from my house. They lifted it with minimum disruption to existing structures. They also redid my deck and stairs with very precise work . All staff were very friendly and courteous and happy to discuss the options available. A trustworthy company of hard workers.

Mike laid floor tile throughout the main floor of my house. This included several ornate designs which required some clever cutting and arrangement. Mike's work was meticulous and the final product was one that we were able to show off for years afterward.
