Hasib and Robert along with their skilled craftsmen were a pleasure to work with during the entire process. No surprises or cost over runs and optional additions were added during the building process. Take for example the addition of a dry bar and linen closet. It was amazing to watch their specialty teams work through this building process from framers, plumbers, electricians, dry wall and Mudder efforts - along with the finishing team - to make every right with their quality workmanship.

When our daughter decided to move back home my wife and I realized the old finished basement would have to be redone to include a bathroom, new bedroom, TV area and kitchenette. I did some research on basement construction techniques that work well and those that dont stand up over time. Based on this I developed a firm idea on the construction method that I wanted. After talking with several contractors only one said they could do what I wanted and that was Next Reno. They gave me a price to demolish the old construction in the basement and rebuild it all new. We also discussed ideas on how to redesign the basement layout to include a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and storage space in the furnace area. They had a very talented design person who gave me options and ideas on materials, colours and cabinets. They were very organized with a great construction team who were reliable and efficient. They took exceptional care to protect and not to damage any areas of the house main floor as construction proceeded in the basement. They finished the entire basement on time with no delays or extras like some contractors like to do after starting a project. My experience using Next Reno was very positive and I have no hesitation in recommending them for basement renovations or other renovations. If youre looking at several contractors for your renovation and are having trouble choosing, my recommendation would be you wont make a mistake using Next Reno.

Nothing but positive things to say about Next Reno. My wife and I wanted a non-load bearing wall removed from our kitchen, as part of our kitchen renovations. I reached out for a quote and within the day he had stopped by our house for a site visit. A couple weeks later, the job was done.

Hasib is efficient, incredibly responsive to questions in the lead up to the project start date and during the project, transparent about the work that's required, and was willing to put in extra effort to ensure we were satisfied. Next Reno did work on the house next door and based on their work, I engaged Next Reno to fully renovate the ensuite and main bathrooms in my 25+ year old house. Replaced both tubs with walk-in showers with niche, vanities, toilets, floor and wall tiles, mirrors, lighting ventilation and painting the bathroom and doors. Got a written estimate of the work details, timeline of 3 weeks, what is included in the $35K (tax included) and what I had to purchase.

Work was prompt, work areas tidy, kept me informed of progress . The workmen were friendly and knew their trades. Work was completed on time and I payed the $35K (tax included) for the 2 bathrooms.

At the end, I added on extra work like changing toilet and vanity in powder room, changing light fixtures in all bedrooms and hallways, installing range hood - all at a surprising low price compared to other places.

Kudos to Hasib and Robert.

Hasib created a legal basement and upgraded the upstairs kitchen, bathrooms plus added a new laundry upstairs. He is open, flexible and will work with you to meet your needs. I would recommend Hasib because he puts his clients first.

This summer, Mississauga experienced two major floods (July 16 and August 17-18) due to record-breaking rainfall. As a result, as experienced by many others, our basement flooded. Hasib stood out amongst other contractors we contacted because he was quick to provide follow-up information and talk through different potential scenarios.

The NextReno team competed a suite of measures to prevent future flooding - this included digging a trench down about 7 feet around the entire house, installing a waterproofing membrane and new weeping tile; a French drain to divert water that comes from a neighbouring house, a sump pump, and a back flow preventer.

The team was friendly and worked hard and consistently.
