Next Reno did work on the house next door and based on their work, I engaged Next Reno to fully renovate the ensuite and main bathrooms in my 25+ year old house. Replaced both tubs with walk-in showers with niche, vanities, toilets, floor and wall tiles, mirrors, lighting ventilation and painting the bathroom and doors. Got a written estimate of the work details, timeline of 3 weeks, what is included in the $35K (tax included) and what I had to purchase.
Work was prompt, work areas tidy, kept me informed of progress . The workmen were friendly and knew their trades. Work was completed on time and I payed the $35K (tax included) for the 2 bathrooms.
At the end, I added on extra work like changing toilet and vanity in powder room, changing light fixtures in all bedrooms and hallways, installing range hood - all at a surprising low price compared to other places.
