The big issue was DELIVERY. Scheduled arrival time was 10am til noon on Saturday, but it never arrived. I made three calls that day and three times they promised to return the call, but they never called back, so I cancelled the order.

I never heard anything from them. Complete lack of custmeor service or follow-up. Lesson learned: don't trust their delivery promises.

I bought a lifetime warrenty from leaks electric hot water heater some time ago. It has required new elements only 2 times in 14 years. The sears 800 line told me on the phone how to change the elements when the repairman could not get to the house for 2 days. It worked. It is the best heater and repair service I could imagine
