Modern Appliance

My dishwasher stopped working. I had called a few companies from Homestars. Bottom line, Modern Appliances was the only one that, despite having to wait a few days to get a service person here, was reliable. Peter was amazing; he knew what he was doing, ordered the part and came back to install it the day after he got it. I would for sure use Modern Appliance again for my repairs and in particular, Peter. Didn't hurt that he liked my dogs, too.

My dishwasher was broken. Over the course of several calls, I was advised how I could fix it myself. I tried to pay but was declined.

The next time I have appliance issues, I will not get several bids but instead go directly to Modern Appliance.

Peter came when he promised, and completed the repair on my Bosch dishwasher quickly. Very personable and knowledgeable - what more do you want with an appliance repair specialist? I'll certainly call him again.

The staff member Peter demonstrated very extensive knowledge of our appliance (just over the telephone to start with, without having seen it first!), great competency, arrived at our home in a timely fashion and our refrigerator now works better than it ever has the entire time we've owned it. This sort of high quality service is to be highly praised and rewarded, it's quickly becoming a rarity. Peter at Modern Appliance is highly recommended.

Peter was very prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and was able to easily diagnose the problem with my gas range over the phone so that he was able to bring the part and repair the problem in 1 visit. I would definitely use Modern Appliance again for a home appliance repair and would gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

Oven took an extremely long time to preheat. Ignitor was replaced. It took just over 24 hours from when i sent the email to having Peter repair the range. He was timely, polite and tidy.

Peter was great! He called back after I left s message and followed through on his appointment. Great work! Would definitely recommend.
